In order to provide extra support and to help explain the importance of our community work – a series of E-learning modules have been put together. Thanks to the great work of the Armed Forces Covenenant many local councils and organisations are signing up to educate themselves.
The aim is to make sure the unique challenges faced by the armed forces community and the subsequent benefits of imporved conditions are understood by all. Courses are available for those working in health care, local authorities and housing organisations with direct contact to individuals and families of those in the armed forces.
The learning modules are extremely useful to demonstrate how the values of the covenant can be applied in everyday case studies. The learning also helps understand the needs and issues experienced by those who are ex-armed forces.
